Warranty and Return Conditions

The products you will buy online from the Demir Grup Rota textile shopping site www.rotagrupuniforma.com are under the warranty of the manufacturer and importer company. The invoice that we will send with the product you purchased replaces the warranty certificate for these products. For this reason, please keep the invoices that we will send you with care. Before using our products, read the user manual and instructions carefully.

1. Right of Withdrawal
You can return or exchange the product you purchased without opening the packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. However, no changes should be made to the product during this period.

If a name or logo is added to a jersey upon customer request, the jersey cannot be returned or exchanged as it has become personalized.
The shipping costs of the product that is requested to be returned or exchanged due to user error (wrong color, size, quantity selection, etc.) will be covered by the buyer. Therefore, in order to avoid paying high shipping costs, you can send the product with Pttkargo.

Before returning the product, please send an e-mail to info@rotagrupuniforma.com stating the reason for return and including your invoice number and order number. Demir Grup Rota Tekstil will contact you after the e-mail or whatsapp you sent to our communication channels is forwarded and will inform you about the return processes of the products. The invoice issued to your name along with the product should be sent back to us. Another product or the price of the product will be refunded to your credit card instead of the returned product. The transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by the customer.

2. Products Damaged During Transport
You must open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo officer you received. If there is any damage to the product, have a report drawn up by the cargo company and do not accept the product. Please remember that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. Return conditions for cosmetics, personal products, underwear products: the product packaging must be unopened, untested and unused. The return of the product is only accepted when the gift, if any, and all standard accessories of the product; are returned with their packaging undamaged and in their original packaging.

3. Faulty Products
For faulty products that were not noticed during delivery and occurred in the application, please send an e-mail stating the error and including your invoice and order numbers to info@rotagrupuniforma or contact Demir Grup Rota Tekstil communication channels. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after you send the invoice together with the returned product to our store. The transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by the customer.
